Right of Withdrawal

All products offered are personalized or manufactured according to customer specifications.

Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for these products.

This applies in accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as the goods are manufactured specifically for the customer or adapted to their personal wishes.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are excluded after payment has been received.
